“I had such a great time at this choux and whipped cream class! Everything was explained really well, from piping the dough to making a super light whipped cream. Even as a beginner, I managed to make nice, puffy choux and a creamy filling. The class was fun and relaxed, and finishing with a glass of champagne while enjoying our treats was the perfect way to end the class!”

“I’ve always wanted to make macarons, but I thought it was too tricky. This class proved me wrong! The chef gave great tips and clear instructions, so I finally got how to make smooth shells and a perfect filling.
