RATES
All rates are given net and in euros €. They include service and taxes and are subject to change without notice.
Lunch and tastings are included when mentioned.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
The class will be confirmed at the payment of 100% of the amount due, unless agreed otherwise by contract.
The full fare will be applied from 12 years old.
Children aged under 12 are not accepted in our group classes, but are welcomed on private classes.
Particiipants aged between 12 & 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans may change and unexpected situations do arise while traveling internationally.
If you are unable to attend a wine tour that you have scheduled and paid for, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our policy which applies for cancellations and in case of changes in the initial booking, is outlined below :
– 95% refund: refunds are given when cancellations are made at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the class date. We just charge 5% to cover the bank and refund fees.
– Half refund: Half refunds are given when cancellations are made at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the calss date.
– No refund: We are unable to give refunds for reservations that are canceled less than 1 week prior to the class
– No refund for no-show or when people missed the class because they were late.
For a cancellation due to a ship not docking because of inclement weather, 5% will be charged to cover the bank and refund fees.
Any other cancellation due to circumstances beyond your/our control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
French baking Academy reserves the right to cancel, without notice, a class if the conditions present a danger to people. These cancellations give right to reimbursement of the service or the portion of the service not provided.
French Baking Academy cannot be held responsible for accidents during the class, for loss or robbery of personal belongings during the class.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the quote and these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the district of the subsidiary of French Baking Academy performing the contract.
