Cécile is a culinary all-rounder—both a seasoned food journalist and a passionate chef.
Trained by experience and inspired by top chefs, she loves sharing her deep knowledge of contemporary cuisine and the joy of cooking, baking and gathering around the table.
Passionate about French food, wine, and warm hospitality, Gaëtane created the French Baking Academy to share the art of baking in her native Provence.
Her mission: to offer authentic, hands-on experiences rooted in French tradition—and to create delicious memories, one croissant at a time.
Anne is a trained pastry chef who designed the workshop experience at the French Baking Academy.
She carefully adapted each recipe to make French baking approachable and fun for everyone—whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned home baker.
